Job Summary
This position is a vital member of the HR team responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment across the business. This position plays a key role in developing and overseeing employee relations policies, and practices to mitigate risk for the company. This role collaborates closely with various stakeholders across HR, the business, employment law, and compliance to provide guidance related to employee relations matters and conflict resolution. This position requires a strong understanding of Federal and State employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with employees and managers to promote engagement, productivity, a safe and inclusive work environment, and a positive employee experience.

Education & Requirements
Salary range: $80,000.00 - $132,100.00. The actual base salary is based on geographic location, and the range is representative of salaries for this role throughout Selective's footprint. Additional considerations include the candidate's qualifications and experience.
